From a Bad Date to a Broken Heart

Well Hello, Script-Breakers,

The Revel Belle here, and I've got a scandalous update that's more dramatic than a soap opera and more heartbreaking than a season finale.

Spotted: Our dear Lana Franklyn, out on the town, looking less than thrilled. 

A few weeks ago, while nursing her drink at a loud bar, a handsome man tried his luck.

 "So, do you come here often?" he asked. 

Lana flashed a quick smile and shook her head. 

“Ah, maybe that’s why we haven’t crossed paths before!” he nodded as if he had just solved a difficult mystery.

 Darling, please. 

As if she'd want to be anywhere else but on a video call with a certain Mr. Andre Adkins, who I have on good authority is still off island.

Lana, in all her frustrated glory, barely bit back a scoff. 

Her mind was a world away, thinking about Dre. 

She thought, "I could be face-timing Dre right now, instead of being dragged into whatever this is." 

Every word from the charming stranger only amplified her melancholy, intensifying her craving for the quiet intimacy she shared with the one person she truly longed for.

But the plot, as they say, thickens, because I've got it on good authority that the moment Andre finally returned last Friday, a certain Lana Franklyn was spotted driving into his driveway as soon as the sun went down.

 My wonderful sources confirmed that she looked nervous and jittery, as if ready to confess everything!

So imagine this, Script-Breakers: Lana, heart pounding with hope, as she prepares to lay it all on the line... only for Andre to drop a bombshell that sends her world, and the drink  of beer she just took, crashing down.

"I've decided to marry the woman I love."

Oh. My. God.

What in the world did Andre get up to in New York?
